old boats

Many of us may have forgotten about these boats. Actually I myself never thought that I going to ride in it in the coming days.

It started with my photographer friend invited me to join him for a photo-outing last week and we travelled to the riverine of sungei Assan.I enjoyed so much of the trip as this boat brought us through a different route(compare to travel by land) and the scenes along was fantastic and refreshing. More over the boat's Captain(Jaragan) was very friendly and told us many old stories.

This can be a good tourist attraction if they come over to Sibu.

So do consider to ride in one of them.
